1. How are files and data exchanged between you and your clients?
Our clients exchange files and data with us through the following ways:

• Virtual Private Network (VPN) connection
  Via VPN, our clients can have access to our server and upload or download data safely. Or, we can connect to our clients' servers to acquire data or upload processed data to specified locations.

• Virtual office software (Groove)
  Our clients can make collaborations with us through Groove software which has such functions as encryption, real-time communication, file synchronization, visit control and so on.

• Upload through FTP
  Out clients can upload data to and download data from specified third-party websites.
  

• Instant communication
  We also exchange data via Email, MSN, QQ, Skype, AIM, etc., which are applicable for small data exchange.

4. How do you ensure data safety?

• The uploading and downloading of all files are encrypted.

• Role-based access control.

• All project data are backed up in a real-time way to three servers in three different locations.
  

5. How do you protect the clients' IPR?

• We fully respect our clients' IPR. In addition to normal commercial contracts, we also conclude IPR protection contracts with our clients, therefore protecting mutual rights and obligations by law.

• Only authorized personnel can access to client's data.

• We keep client's data on our server for a certain period which is specified by clients.
